Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team! In this crucial role, you will handle key logistics tasks, including money collection and deposit, running essential errands, and overseeing vehicle maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. Additionally, you will provide valuable support to the operations department as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to high driving standards. If you are a proactive and dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining efficiency and professionalism, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our company’s success.
Duties and responsibilities
- Money collection and deposit
- Run personal errands including: Supermarket, dry cleaning, Pharmacy, etc.
- Car maintenance: Responsible for inspecting the car before and after the trip to ensure that it is in proper condition. Perform basic maintenance tasks like checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues. Make sure that the service is always done on time
- Assisting the operations department when needed
Competencies
- Compliance to high driving standards, obeying the road driving code, rules, regulations, and restrictions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Guidelines
- Commitment to punctuality
- Compliance with traffic laws and always wear a seatbelt
- Refrain from smoking in the car, maintain cleanliness, ensure hygiene
- Avoid speeding while driving
- Be reminded that you represent the company, and it's important to maintain courtesy and refrain from using offensive language while driving and avoid causing issues
